o   Four year H.S Starter, accumulating over 300 points in the process.

o  4 Year Starter, Stoughton HS

o  MALA/US Lacrosse Certified Referee

·        SPLC Coaching Staff

Example of the daily schedule:
      *  10:00-10:15 Camp stretch led by coaches
      *  10:15-10:45 Stick Skills
      *  10:45 Water
      *  10:50-11:50 Station work (Shooting, Dodging, Position related work)
      *  11:50 Break for lunch
      *  12:15 Camp wide instruction (shooting, fast breaks, etc)
      *  12:30-1:15 Stations of 1 v 1, 2 v 2, 3 v 3
      *  1:15 Water
      *  1:30-2:00 Mini Games

Called the fastest game on feet, Lacrosse is America’s oldest game and is growing the fastest of any youth sport. It has the athleticism and finesse of soccer and basketball and the fast paced intensity of hockey. "Lacrosse rules/glossary"

As with any athletic sport, Lacrosse is great cross-training for future athletes no matter which sport they play. It’s never too late to start playing Lacrosse. The skills are easily learned.

Our coaches are led by High School team coaches Guy Bourdon and Greg Bloom. These gentlemen have single handedly made Sun Prairie a power house in High School Lacrosse.

Sun Prairie Lacrosse will be offering indoor leagues in the future and Lacrosse camps with some of the top coaches in the country. We represent all of Northeast Dane County including Sun Prairie, Deforest and Columbus. We offer programs for 3rd through 8th grades. We have dedicated ourselves to developing a kid’s first program unparalleled in Dane county.  More Information about "The Game"
