Sun Prairie Youth Lacrosse is pleased to announce the inaugural Cardinal LAX Shootout, youth lacrosse tournament. Eight 7^th/8^th grade teams and eight 5^th/6^th grade teams from Wisconsin, Indiana and Illinois will compete in this 2 day tournament. Tournament winners will take home a championship trophy.

Date: June 20th and 21st

Games: 6 games minimum per team (over the two days of tournament). First game Saturday and Sunday morning at 9:00 AM and run until 5:00 PM on four fields

Teams: 7^th /8^th and 5^th/6^th

Location: Windsor Sports Commons, Windsor WI. (Highway 51 and Mueller Rd, Windsor, WI 53598)

Eligibility: Only players on the roster will be allowed to play.  Please fill out the roster form, found here  and email it to the contacts below.

Club Notes: Please write a couple of paragraphs about your club, on the second page of the above mentioned roster form, for inclusion in the Tourney program.

Cost: $450 Fee for each Team that is participating.

• $200 deposit required upon registration (non refundable)
